How to top up your card

You can top up your card in the following ways:

Top Up at Post Office® and PayPoint locations across the UK

  • Your card can be topped up with cash at any Post Office® branch or PayPoint outlet - over 34,000 locations throughout the UK.
    • Hand over your card and pay the money you want to top up.
    • Always remember to ask for your receipt.

To find your nearest top up location click on Post Office® or PayPoint

  • If you don't have your card and want to top up you can buy a 360money e-voucher from any PayPoint outlet. Friends and family can also buy e-vouchers for you!
Prepaid debit card - Splash Plastic
  1. Print off this coupon (optional)
  2. Visit any PayPoint outlet and ask for a 360money e-voucher (present the coupon if you have printed one)
  3. Keep your 360money e-voucher and go to the Splash Plastic website
  4. To top up your card login to My Account and select the Top up option from the menu. Select the Pay by e-voucher option and enter your e-voucher number when requested.

NOTE: A minimum top up of £10 applies. A maximum top up limit of £500 applies at Post Office® branches and £499.99 at PayPoint outlets.

Post Office® top ups take one business day (Mon - Fri) to be available on your card.

Top up online with a credit or debit card

  • You can top up your card online with a credit or debit card.
    All you have to do is:
    • Log in to My Account and select the Top up option from the menu
    • Select the Pay by Card option
    • Enter your card details and top up amount

Please note: as added security for our customers we will only accept top ups by credit or debit cards that have been registered for Mastercard Secure Code or Verified by Visa. Please see the MasterCard or Visa websites for more information or contact your card issuer for details.

NOTE: A maximum credit/debit card top up limit of £500 per day applies. A minimum top up of £20 applies. To protect you against fraud credit/debit card top ups take 2 working days to be available on your card. Credit/debit card top ups are not available to restricted cardholders.

Pay your wages straight to your card!

Your employer can pay your wages directly to your Splash Plastic card. Its easy, all you have to do is:

  • Print off this form
  • Complete the form and give it to your employer

Your wages will be transferred directly to your card within 4 days - for FREE!

We recommend you ensure that your card is fully functional e.g. has no yearly spending and cash withdrawals limits before you set up a wage transfer, before you set up a wage transfer. If your card does not allow ATM use you will need to provide us with documentation as instructed on the reverse of the welcome letter you received with your card. If you already have a card that allows ATM use you can log in to My Account and go to the Top up page to download and print a wages form that has been completed with your personal details.

NOTE: Wage transfers may take up to 4 working days to reach your card once they have cleared in our account.

Transfer money from any bank account!

You can transfer money from any bank account straight to your Splash Plastic card. It's easy, all you have to do is contact your bank to set up a one off transfer or a regular standing order. You should be able to do this by at least one of the following methods:

  • In branch
  • Over the phone
  • Online via Internet Banking

You will need the following account information for the payee/recipient account (360money account):

  • Payee/Recipients Name:
  • Account Number:
  • Sort code:
  • Payment Reference:
  • 360money Direct Deposit
  • 80212458
  • 20-03-53
  • The 14 digit account number on the back of your card

You must include the account number found on the back of your card as the payment reference.This is the 14 digit number starting with 1425 that can be found in the top right hand corner on the back of your card (see image below).

Note: We will not be able to transfer the funds to the cardholder if you do not enter the 14 digit account number correctly and in full.
Once cleared in our account, transfers may take up to 4 working days to reach your card.
